3. Products and Pricing
All products listed on this website are handcrafted. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and finish may occur between the product shown online and the piece you receive. These variations are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on this website does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with payment verification. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment Terms
We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order, unless otherwise stated. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the product ordered, since each piece is handcrafted and may require preparation time before shipping. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout or on the product page. QIBO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because every piece is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, including but not limited to changes in taste, size expectations, or minor natural variations in the handmade piece.
We accept returns only in the case of items received damaged. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, along with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Claims raised after 3 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Approved claims will be reviewed and resolved through a replacement or refund, at our discretion, once the damage has been verified.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, images, photographs, text, and branding, is the property of Qibo Galleria Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without our prior written permission. Every piece we sell is an original or limited design, and unauthorised reproduction of our work is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to misuse this website in any way, including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false information, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or using automated tools to extract data from the site without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
QIBO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, including but not limited to delays, natural variations in handcrafted items, or issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
